Petra

Petra, the rose-red city half as old as time itself, is a must on any visitor's agenda. After travelling for 1km down the narrow Siq, that first sight of the magnificent Treasury - Al Khazneh - is one you'll never forget.

Petra is so vast and contains so many monuments, tombs, houses, staircases, burial chambers, reservoirs, baths, markets, arched gates, public buildings and paved streets, that you'll want to spend a few days exploring its majesty. A PLACE TO STAY? The Rose City Hotel in Petra is located at the lower end of the village of Wadi Musa, approximately 1500 metres from the Vistor's Centre of Petra. A small "Pension" type hotel offers no pretensions at luxury, but clean, economic and friendly accommodation during your visit to Petra. If you need more luxury, we can book you in other hotels in Petra.
 
Rose City offers 15 rooms as single, double or triple. All rooms have a private shower and WC. Fridges are available on request. Relax in the lounge after a day's exploring, with a cool beer or refreshing hot tea. A simple menu is available for evening meals.
 

RATES: As we mentioned before, the Rose City Hotel is great for budget travellers. The rates range from a little as JD 10 up to JD 25 incl. of breakfast. Follow the online booking link below to secure your reservation.
