menus featuring local specialties and international cuisine. The
Khayam Restaurant, which offers either a buffet style or Table
d'Hote for clients choosing Half Board or an la carte menu. We
also have a Mongolian BBQ in the lower courtyard. During the
summer you can dine around the poolside, sampling some of the
local Arabic dishes such as Mansaf, Maglouba, Sharwama, Sayadeih
